(“ICA” or the “Company”), to Amphenol Corporation (“Amphenol”) in September 2022. While part of the Granite Bridge portfolio of companies, the Granite Bridge investment team worked with ICA management to drive organic and acquisition-led growth in the business which allowed ICA to solidify its position as one of the largest and most diverse manufacturers of a broad array of cable assemblies in the U.S.
